扣肉炒米粉做法：
1) 烧热锅，加入蒜头爆香，加入包菜，菜心和萝卜丝拌炒一下，炒至熟即可将蔬菜盛碟备用。
2) 将红烧扣肉倒入锅里加热，加入调味料，煮至滚起即可加米粉，加盖将米粉焖至汤汁收干。把蔬菜加入，拌炒至均匀即，将炒好的米粉盛碟，乘热食用。
备注：
1) 米粉不要浸泡至太软，太软的话会使米粉焖得煳掉。每个牌子的米粉吸水力都不一样，须依情况调整水份和调味料。
2) 加入米粉焖的时候可将扣肉移去一旁，这样就可以避免在炒的过程中将扣肉弄碎。用筷子加锅铲一起来翻炒米粉的话会比较容易。
