《老火靓汤》：在家也可以煲出老火靓汤
食材＆煮法
3片鲍鱼片干，10颗红枣 ，6个蚝豉，4个鸡腿
1）鲍鱼片干切成小片, 再放水浸泡20分钟
2）红枣去籽，鸡腿另外用凉水下锅，然后把水煮滚，捞起浮出来的泡泡，大约水滚了5分钟后可转移鸡腿。
3）把2L水煮滚，然后放入所有食材在锅中
4）煲2小时30分钟即完成
如图片所见，鲍鱼片属于野生海产，大小厚度都不会一摸一样，收到货后发现大小不一请勿见怪。
