非既食海蜇皮-盐腌保鲜,绝无防腐剂


海蜇皮功用:

1.海蛰含有人体需要的多种营养成分,尤其含有人们饮食中所缺的碘,是一种重要的营养食品;

2.含有类似于乙酰胆碱的物质,能扩张血管,降低血压;

3.所含的甘露多糖胶质对防治动脉粥样硬化有一定功效;

4.海蛰能软坚散结、行淤化积、清热化痰,对气管炎、哮喘、胃溃疡、风湿性关节炎等疾病有益,并有防治肿瘤的作用;从事理发、纺织、粮食加工等与尘埃接触较多的工作人员常吃海蛰,可以去尘积、清肠胃,保障身体健康。


如何洗净海蜇皮:

1. 反复用清水清洗越5分钟,然后用清水浸泡隔夜,清水必须盖过海蜇皮表面。

2 第二天早上把浸泡过的清水倒掉,再注入另一桶清水,继续浸泡1个小时,1个小时后重复一样的动作,重复约4-5次。

3.清洗干净后就可以准备您的美味佳肴了。

⚠️先把厨房用手套戴上,因为为了保持海蜇皮的新鲜度,必须用足够的盐腌制,所以戴上手套可避免被盐灼伤。


简单食谱:

備料-小黃瓜、紅蘿蔔刨絲;海蜇皮沖洗後泡水;洋菜條剪小段,用冷開水泡軟後瀝乾

取一空盆,加入小黃瓜、紅蘿蔔、鹽1/4小匙拌勻,醃漬15分鐘,倒掉苦水

用水溫85度汆燙海蜇皮1分鐘,再撈起泡入冷水中

最後將步驟2拌好的食材,再加入所有調味醬汁、海蜇皮、洋菜條拌勻,冷藏2小時即完成涼拌海蜇皮


⚠️货品到家如不马上使用请加上约300克粗盐在表面,存放在阴凉处即可。
