煮法

河粉可以用蒸、炒（分乾炒同濕炒兩種）、煮等多種方法煮。

• 湯粉：成日見有用大地魚作湯底，將河粉送魚丸。牛丸河粉喺香港等地亦相當普遍。　
• 乾炒：加油配韭王以猛火炒熟，加上醬油，可配牛肉、牛腩、豬什等，其中以乾炒牛河較為常見。
• 濕炒：喺乾炒後，打上芡汁。
• 煮：煮熟後，配上上湯，可配魚丸、牛丸、雲吞等配料。
• 蒸：蒸熟後，自己點醬。
