不知道小时候是否吃过炒白粿?福建人小时候的记忆,是我们下午茶,或者午餐的佳肴,虽然配料很简单,但是比福建面好吃很多哦!


白粿干需要先用凉水浸泡6小时,准备好配料如:芹菜,冬菇,肉碎。

调味料为:蚝油,黑酱油,麻油,少许糖和盐。


先把肉碎加入蒜末炒香,再加入冬菇翻炒2分钟,再把混合好的调味酱料加入翻炒至香气出来,加入预先泡好的白粿干,加入少许水,翻炒一下,焖至收汁,最后加入芹菜炒个1分钟就可以上桌啦!
